I purchased Komplete Collector's Edition, which includes Plugin Alliance products. They're installed on my Mac, but when I open them and sign in, I get 'License not found'. Please check my account and advise how to restore access.

Can Maschine+ be controlled by midi start and stop commands without receiving clock? Many drum machines can be controlled by passing Midi start and stop commands, but I can't get this to work with Maschine+ in standalone. My assumption is that it requires clock, and must sync. I don't really want to sync, I want it to use…

Hello, I recently decided to pull out my S2 that I've never touched before and I got a red blinking light on the usb logo, dead centre of the controller. All usb-c ports are working on my computer. I have a nocturn 25 which requires the same setup. USB-B - USB-A - ADAPTER - USB-C - MAC. So I took that and plug it into the…

So if the Key of the phrase is , say, C and you begin the phrase from F on your keyboard the Phrase will be transposed up a 4th but relative to Em.…

I've recently built a new audio PC. I have multiple midi devices connected (3 synths, KK S61 mk2, Maschine Mikro Mk2, Icon Platform M+); when connecting, I was very specific about the order, ensuring that each remains in its original USB slot, and checking that each worked after initial install before moving to the next.…

Even though it said it would be resolved 3 days ago it…

I have a ticket open to hopefully get voucher codes from a recent purchase resent to me. When I follow the link, I am asked to log in; however my password manager has a bad password and when I click the Forgot Password? link it asks for a code that I am supposedly being emailed. The email address is my only one and the…

Hello, I have recently purchased and registered Traktor Pro 4, but I haven't received the 2-month Beatport Streaming Advanced voucher that was supposed to be part of the package. I’ve checked my "My Account" section and my email (including spam/promotions), but the code is nowhere to be found. I am a new Beatport user, so…

Using Ableton live 12, Guitar rig 7 loads just fine but there is no change to my guitar tone at all. When I go to Settings, there is no Sound option, only Midi so I can't even set or change preferences.

Hello, I bought the S61 MK3 bundle with Komplete 26 Standard from Thomann last week and started setup immediately. I installed Native Access 2, logged in, and entered the serial numbers. At that point, all instruments were visible. I then received a notification to update Native Access, did so, and restarted my PC. After…

Noobie here. Can't find this in the manual, but is there a way to pop-edit an instrument's output volume in Kontakt 8? I'm trying to do this in a Multi Bank. (See screenshot.) With a mouse, the slider can be slid, but I'd like to be able to double-click the slider to type in an exact value with the number keypad. Is there…
