New From Product Portal on Mac

Hi-

I use RX 11 on MacOS 26 and am think about installing MacOS 27, but Izotope's Product Portal no longer functions in the latest OS.

So, I guess the Native Access is now the way to go for Apple SIlicon and management of RX11?
How do I do that? Do I have to uninstall Product Portal first, then install Native Access? Do I have to uninstall /reinstall RX11 in this process?
Should I do this before or after upgrading the MacOS if I do?

Thanks! I'm usually pretty good with this stuff, but there are so many variables here.

Hey there, please note that, currently, Native Instruments Hardware & Software is not supported on macOS 27 Golden Gate. We encourage all our dedicated users to refrain from updating to macOS 27 until compatibility with the new operating system can be confirmed. I assume RX11 itself is not yet supported as well.

Regarding your RX11, if it shows in Native Access you should be able to download and install from there. Please note that Izotope and NI have separated. At the moment it doesn't affect installation on NI's side but it might change in the future.
