I have the invoice to prove I am paying for Izotope pro but it doesn't show in NI Access or Product Portal as an active subscription! So I have no way to authenticate the software, meaning I can't get into it!
There are only 4 lines (only Line Out 1 and Line Out 2 do anything) and none of them work for the headphone jack in my DDJ-FLX4. I have tried switching around the lines, devices, and sound cards, and nothing has fixed it.
I have the following issue: In some of my groups I’m not able to move the faders in Mix-View independent from each other. For example when I want to move the fader for S1 also the faders of S2 to S16 are moving as if they are grouped. Does anyone know how to ungroup them? Thanks in advance. Paul
