Kontrol S88MK3 lost connection
My keyboard was working yesterday, then today when I started making music, it didn't. When I touched the host usb cable on the keyboard side, the unit would turn off and on again, then just stopped turning on. I'm currently working through InMusic support, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

Kontakt Komplete Start is frozen when opened
I just installed Kontakt 8 Komplete Start and when I open the program I get a a window that says welcome to Kontakt Player What's New in 8.13.1. None of the buttons are active. I can't figure out how to activate the program.

beatport works minus some issues but when i log into native its just a store trying to get me to buy stuff no dj no music why did it say it was free ????

''Download Failed'' cannot download any newly purchased libraries/instruments.
This has happened for so many years, never had a fix. I've tried everything from Disabling Private Relay Checking my preferences folders Granting Full Disk Access Updating NA nothing works. i cannot even download my standalone product and doing a manual install because NI loves to make things difficult.
