Hi !

I'm struggling with my MK3 S88 : I always need to reboot my keyboard to be detected when I load a NEW Cubase or Dorico or Fl instance.

Do you know how to deal with this " bug " : I need to do it every single day when i turn on the MK3 and my DAW for the first time. . .

Thanks 😀

    Hello,

this is not normal, at least it works on my computer with windows 11 with my mk3 keyboard and cubase 14. With cubase you can start the midi device after cubase has started but it´s better anyway to start the keyboard first and if it´s booted up start cubase. And of course only one software can use the midi device maybe you have something running blocking those midi ports. If you start cubase and it does not work what does the midi connection settings look like, in the studio settings window.

USB is one of the most dodgy device protocols, I swear it, stuff drops all the time.

@Turpin Jerome This hasn't been reported yet. Can you give us more details of your setup, like OS, what devices are plugged and how, etc…?
