Hi, I purchased Komplete 15 collectors edition. I spent a fortune and I can't figure out how to get it to work. I installed Afro Beats for instance. It doesn't show up in my plug ins on pro tools. How to remove products I do not own from Native Access?

cant log in on native access - keeps repeating, no error
i open NA, fill in user and pw, pw is correct because no feedback (i also tried with wrond pw, and then it says wrond pw). Whilst i can log in on the website with the same username and pw. NA login start loading, see picture 2 nothing happens the popup screen to login opens again. See picture 3
