Delay in deprecation of Native Access 1 support

Hello NI community,

This is an important update to our previous announcement that we would deprecate support for Native Access 1 by February 28, 2025:

We will deprecate support for the previous version of Native Access – Native Access 1 – on February 28, 2025. After this date, products can only be activated on Windows 10/Mac OS X 10.14 (Mojave) and higher. Products not supported on these operating systems will not be activable anymore either. Please take care to update your environments by that time. If you haven’t updated your Native Access to the latest version of the tool, you can find the download link here. All your preferences will carry over.

Our plans to deprecate Native Access 1 have not changed; we no longer support this software. However, we have decided to delay our original planned date, to better assess recent customer feedback around the deprecation of NA1.

Actions from Native Instruments
We will communicate a new date in the coming weeks.

Actions for anyone using Native Access 1 (NA1)
We urge you to upgrade to Native Access 2.

You can verify the system requirements on that page; most macOS 12+ and Windows 10/11 computers are compatible.
