Anyone knows how to talk to the support team, not to those silly bots. I'm trying to request support email ticket. It's pretty shocking customer service if you can't talk to a person about the issues.
No such thing as a support email.
Login to your NI account, start a chat and that will log a ticket.
Someone will get back to you. Also note - NI Support doesn’t work weekends.

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.
