I can't change de vst 2 and vst 3 location on windows (I'm on windows 10)

VST3 location is now a system folder that you should not change location of and e.g. Kontakt 8 no longer come as VST only as VST3.

VST3 plug-ins will be installed in the default Windows path:
C: > Program Files > Common Files > VST3
Some products may still come with VST2 versions. If available, these will be installed in the default paths:
C: > Program Files > Native Instruments > VSTPlugins 32 bit C: > Program Files > Native Instruments > VSTPlugins 64 bit
