How can I resolve ongoing "dowload failed" errors.

I've gone through every possible solution that's been suggested through NI support chat bot and, exasperatingly, still have not been able to resolve the "download failed" error status that keeps happening when trying to download newly purchased NI products and, additionally, those updates that NI Access software lists as available on my computer. To add to this, the initial support ticket that was created for these issues of mine has been followed up with an email that I subsequently received from NI support technician stating that my request (#4578495) "has been deemed solved", much to my dismay, since nothing of the kind has happened. I truly need to find effectual assistance on resolving these crucial product download matters, not just for all the NI products I've recently purchased but, also, for available updates on those currently installed.

    Hello hpmusicosmos, if turning off the Private Relay and downloading the latest Native Access have not worked, sending you the related direct download links will be the best solution to help you on this subject.     Hey! I finally found the solution as a guy who bought Komplete 15 three weeks ago.

    I researched and tried every possible solution on the Internet.

    And today, what helped is using a VPN with the server in Germany!
    Someone on the internet suggested this solution. Previously I tried using USA, UK, France and nothing worked.

    I'm using a free version of this VPN, and yes it's slow, but after an hour of wait I finally got Studio Drummer installed!

    One important thing to consider - when I tried downloading without VPN, and then connecting to VPN to finish the download - it didn't work.

    ONLY when the complete process was done under the VPN connected to German server - all the libraries which didn't finish the download now finally do!

    The support was useless, over these 3 weeks they only sent me a non-working link to download ISO files.

    And it's been at least a week since that conversation, no answer from them after my almost immediate response.
