best service accordions 2 on second computer problem

I bought a new ( second) computer and can't install Best service - Accordions 2
(I downloaded and istalled it before, on my old pc without any problems.)
When trying to install, I dont have the option "Install" but "Add Product"
When clicking on it, the option "choose location" comes up
Whatever location I choose, Everytime I get the message : "the path is invalid"and a ( for me ) a difficult "read how to fix this" explanation
I'm an old Duch guy and don't understand the text how to solve this problem.
Every other Native instruments vst downloads without a problem, but this "Best service VST doesn't , Typing in the serial doesn't solve this problem either…
How can I solve this please ?

You'll need to download the product from Best Service rather than Native Instruments. Once you've downloaded it and installed it on the PC you can then use the "add product" button in Native Access to add it into Kontakt.

For help downloading the product from Best Service I'd suggest hopping over to the Best Service site and ask there. You might just be able to copy the library from your other PC to save downloading it again, but again Best Service should be able to help with that.
