Audio cut/drop/distored every half beat

Saving a Remix Set - How to Include the audio Files in Export
After creating a remix set, and loading it into say deck D, in the deck header, i can choose "save remix set" - but how do i choose to export the samples WITH the remix set file? Traktor pro 4 constant high cpu level
can someone tell me what i need to do to sort the cpu indicater level bouncing around. it constantly bounces from 50-95% which effects play back. actual cpu usage is around 10% ram usage is never above 50% boost is off latency is way up but still having problems with playback
