Hello. I have had the issue of my S4 mk3 right hand platter stuttering in TT mode and wont jog in jog mode for too long now with no resolution. I posted the issue to NI who got back to me and asked for a short video after showing interest in the problem. I sent the short clip and...

Nothing! NI emailed me to say the issue was resolved!? When they hadn't offered a reason let alone a diagnosis!!

Is this standard for NI support I wonder? Please let me know how anyone gets a response/resolution from them 🙏

If anyone can help with my issue I would be very grateful also.
