Why Traktor reset track cue points and color when edit ID3 tags?

When I am working in the library, after I have analyzed a track and added some cue points and a color sometimes I also wanto to edit the Id3 tags…so I right click the track → edit. When I have added/modifed the tags and press OK, sometimes the track loose all the cue points and color previously assigned.
I have tried also to save the Collection before eiditing the tags, but this still happens sometimes.

Why does this happen? Can I prevent it in some way? It's a waste of time to redo all the cue points…
