I just installed Kontakt 8 Komplete Start and when I open the program I get a a window that says welcome to Kontakt Player What's New in 8.13.1. None of the buttons are active. I can't figure out how to activate the program.

every time I get a ke I see disk access and I notice clicks gaps and distortion. Is there a buffer setting to make disk access less , it is a usb external SSD. Do we really need NVME for libraries as SSD is 500mb/sec
