Traktor S3 tempo fader spare part

Hi
I have been trying to find a way to contact Traktor for so long. The two local companies that used to take on Traktor products now refuse to because their customer service is so appalling.

If anyone knows how the AI system works so you can talk to someone to get a part you need, please let me know! My tempo fader is broken and the part needs replacing. I have been looking on eBay to no avail. Does anyone in the community have that part they can sell me?

There's a post here from last year where a user sent the S3 back to NI for a replacement.

Generally though, it appears that NI don't sell spare parts to customers.

If you're searching eBay for "Traktor S3 tempo fader" then that'll be why you're not finding anything.

However, it's likely to just be a generic off-the-shelf part though, so once you know the details (size, resistance value etc) a replacement 3rd party one can be fitted.
