I bought Traktor X1 Mk3 with Traktor Pro 4, but Traktor Pro is not updated to 4.

I bought Traktor X1 Mk3 with Traktor Pro 4, but Traktor Pro is not updated to 4.
Even if you add an add-on with Native Access, only Traktor Pro3 will be reflected. 
When I checked with the store, they said it was definitely the bundled version of Pro4. 
It was also officially stated that if you purchase or register after June 17, 2024, Pro4 will be provided free of charge. 
Please tell me how I can download Traktor Pro4.

    I contacted them, but they didn't reply, so I wrote here. However, when I opened Native Access today, TP4 was displayed for some reason. I think I'll take a look at it for now. thank you.

    I am having the same problem. Bought X1 mk3, registered the SN in Native access and I can only use Traktor pro3 not 4 which is advertised on NI web site as it's coming with the controller itself. Is there any email adress I can sent an email to for this case or a customer support chat?

    I just used the online ticket system for mine … they responded within 12 hours and I was ready to go for my weekend gigs ;)
