Digital Performer 11.38 quit unexpectedly

Hi, I have successfully installed Kore 2 Software on my Windows 7 PC, but none of my 10 Kore Soundpacks which I can see with serial numbers on my NI account are shown in Native Access V1.14 after adding them with serial number. So how can I download them, is it possible to provide installers for them ?

Favourite Status Being Dropped Randomly.
The playlist i desginated as 'favourite' drops the status randomly on TP4 during my sessions.
