I'm trying to cancel Music Production Suite Pro Subscription but cannot find a way

Question

I headed to Native Instruments website to cancel my subscription, which I believe is  in the "Manage Subscription" Tab in Product and Licenses Page. After clicking the button, the browser lead me to a forbidden webpage which won't let me do anything. "https://www.subscription.native-instruments.com/en/customer-portal/?web=native-instruments"

This also happened to me on the iZotope webpage, whose interface resembles Native Instruments'.

I need help cancelling my subscriptions.

Was it with the same email address as the one in the forum? I found a request that was submitted a few moments ago. FYI, our support agents have a lot of requests to process at the moment and reply times are longer than expected but my collegaies will get back to you and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Already contacted NI Support and am waiting for a response. I prefer this to be done asap; people need access to subscription management anytime.
