Problem The keyboard fails before Windows loads. USB enumeration is corrupted at BIOS level, causing your Windows 11 installation to inherit an invalid device profile. Drivers, firmware, and cables are not the cause. Acknowledgement: Thanx to Copilot for finally reaching a solution (nowhere else to be found). Took around…

InMusic is not responding to my support ticket - still waiting on the Traktor 4 PRO I purchased 4 business days ago. There is 0 accountability. How do we hold anyone accountable. I have a gig coming up which necessitates STEMs and creating remix deck vocals from those STEMs. Waiting to even have Traktor 4 PRO delivered to…

Hi, using my Kontrol S61 MK3 with Komplete Kontrol in standalone is a dream : I can switch easily from an instrument to different effects with the screen top buttons, and their dedicated screens (if they are NKS compatible). Under Logic, using Komplete Kontrol as a plugin is a fail experience : the top buttons don't work,…

Hello Native Instruments team, I recently acquired an S2 Mk3 controller with Traktor Pro 3, and I found that the Free Remix Sets download appears to be broken. The Free Remix Sets page still lists the ALL-IN-ONE download: Free_Traktor_Remix_Sets.zip (1.3 GB) However, the download link:…

Looking for some help here - I want to use Maschine in a large Ableton project, but I am encountering latency when recording despite a powerful computer setup (M4 Macbook Pro, Motu 828, 64 sample buffer). When I play on the controller (M+) there is no latency if I check Ableton’s “Reduce Latency When Monitoring”, and arm…

After reinstalling Native Access and updating Mac OS I'm unable to install Kontakt instruments. I tried installing Kontakt 6, 7, and 8 but I always get the same message: Currently no viable version of Kontakt is installed to use … (whatever instrument I'm trying to install) I tried removing all native instrument files from…

I purchased Kontakt 5, the Gentleman, Maverick and Grandeur from NI several years ago. They were loaded on a Windows 7 computer whose motherboard is dying. Can I move those programs to a new Windows 11 computer? If so, how? I haven't been able to use any of it for a while as we were in the process of selling our house and…

Looking to get another F1 as I am starting to dive into Stems and I dislike the clunkiness of the onboard controls for stems on the S4 MK3. I am seeing that the F1 is now discontinued, so I am wondering if one of the new slim line controllers are set up for easy stem use? Doesn't look like it, but wanted to check.

Hello, I own a MASCHINE MIKRO MK3. Its serial number is already registered to my Native Instruments account, but the hardware does not appear in my License Transfer list. I would like to sell the MASCHINE MIKRO MK3 second-hand and need to obtain a License Transfer ID for the buyer. Could you please check the registration…

I'm having issues with the Kontakt 8 Player: -Issue 1: I have a problem displaying the library called Electri6ity. (It is listed and enabled in Options -> Libraries. It doesn't show up in the actual list in the Kontakt UI.) -Issue 2: The libraries I explicitly disabled in Options -> Libraries still show up in the list.…

This morning I went to create a play list and every file is reading file can not be played: file may be missing, corrupt or unsupported. This is happening on thousands of songs. Right before this happened a blank screen came up saying that my pathway for music entering was not available???? I have no idea what is…

After a definitive crash of an old MacPro (2010) I had to move everything over to a spare one. Of course my Komplete Ultimate v10 had to be reauthorised. Since the system on that Mac is still 10.8.5 (because of Protools HD) I had to use Service Center (offline) to try and do that. I had tremendous help from Isti@NI…

I'm loosing access to my email address and need to change it. I've tried to summit a ticket but all it does is send an email verification. How do I change my address and maintain access to my account?

Hi, I’m posting here because I’m honestly getting quite frustrated with this issue and the lack of response from support. I purchased Kontakt 8 Bundle Crossgrade for $149 from Native Instruments. My order is marked as Shipped, and I also received the purchase/download confirmation email. However, Kontakt 8 is still showing…
