struggling to get up and running, my licence registration for NI access is not letting me put my serial number in as it’s still registered to the previous owner 🤬 is ther anyway to still use the keyboard midi with logic pro whilst i wait until the Native instruments and the retailler resolve the issue?

Time-Stretching (Key Lock) awful quality problem
When using 16 bit 44.1 kHz FLACs I can clearly hear that key lock is causing massive muddiness of high pitched transients and kick. It's noticeable even on +0,1% of pitch. The last few weeks your website loads as French instead of English, and when I delete the FR in the URL, it puts it back and sends me back to French. I have to swap it and use EN for it to work.
