Hello I recently switched from Windows 7 to MAC Tahoe. Ive installed Native Access and Maschine 2. Both the product and factory library have been installed and Native Access shows that. However, although this is the case…the factory library seems to be inaccessible. Ive tried uninstalling Maschine and the factory library…

So, I bet no one at NI will do anything to protect their userbase against SCAM attempts. I cannot tell if the scammer has hacked the site or if you can list all users and maybe also already have all passwords somehow. The only thing I think you as a user can do is to either delete your account here or at the very least…

Hello I was wondering if it would be possible to add a category in the smart playlist I would like to sort by Stems, I tried with the condition "Content Type is Stem" but it only shows stems tracks, not stems made by Traktor in the playlist view there's a few icons that shows if the files have stems it would be great to…

I bought Komplete 14 but my computer was too old to instal. I finally was able to install it and everything is perfect. However, I can't find the brainworx plugins that came with it. I was looking forward to Bx_tuner and I think the lofi came with it. Can anyone help. I made a plugin alliance account but see nothing there.…

This is my first time with a native instruments product… I got a Maschine mk2 but can't reach out to the original registered owner to transfer the license. Without this info is my Maschine bricked? Any help is appreciated!

Native access has not been opened on my Mac in quite a while. so today tried to launch and end up here (see image). went to NI website, downloaded new copy using the download for m1/m2 Mac. Same result on launch "Requires Intel Mac"

Hi, I opened a ticket through email last Tuesday and it still hasn't been replied, while I see an active admin here on the discussion forums replying every day. I do not mean to be rude, but I don't understand why its taken so long. I bought Mikro MK3 used from Amazon and I wasn't able to register it under my account, I…

Well, we've just passed the 5 year anniversary for the release of Apple Silicon and still can't install NTKDaemon without needing Rosetta! Surely this is highly embarrassing by now? There has to be some sort of timeline for shifting this ridiculous roadblock? For those of us who also use our Macs for software development…

NI used to offer their Komplete bundles on a separate HD that would be shipped to you. They stopped doing that some time after Komplete 10 or later (I Don't remember). Unfortunately, now Komplete 26 Ultimate Collectors edition requires 1.6T to install. Those of us who are stuck with SLOW internet bandwidth are screwed. Let…

As of July 12th, 2026 I cannot run my Izotope plugins. I'm being prompted to "Authorize in the product portal". The problem began on the renewal date of my subscription in July. I was charged $20 for July but can't get the authorization to run the software. Is there something I'm overlooking? Thank you. Roger Stauss

Hi, I've Komplete Select 13 and I'm receiving the serial for Komplete Select 15 by Novation launchkey. On the website there are Komplete (standard and above) 26 and Select without any number. How can I understand which instruments and softwares are included in to the 15 version? Why don't you put the actual version numeber…

I feel a bit stupid… I'm trying to prepare tracks with just my laptop, I need to here the click for doing so. Clicking the little headphones icon, when the advanced panel is open and on Grid mode, I don't hear the click. I thought OK, it must go through the monitoring channel, so I try to setup the monitoring channel…

Hey everyone, Over the last year I’ve been building a desktop app called Tagami focused on fast tagging and flexible organisation, built specifically with DJ workflows in mind. I love using smart playlists, but prepping new music with tags and genres has always been time consuming and tedious. What Tagami does: Add Tags to…
