Hey guys, I bought an S61 MK3 off Amazon (seller: Sweetwater) and tried it for exactly two days before deciding I would rather just buy the S88 for the fatar keybed. It's on its way back right now but wanted to ask what the procedure is to get the S61 Mk3 entitlements off of my account. I don't want to have the serial…

(ENGLISH) Hi, I have an Xone PX5 mixer, and I've run into a problem. The thing is, if I want to use a reverb or delay from Ableton, when I lower the fader, the effect sound disappears, since the mixer is running in external mode with Traktor, and the effect sound is routed to the same channel as the track. I can get this…

Q: Translation inserted by Moderator (translation by DeepL) Good morning, I have a Mac with an Intel 5 processor that crashed on me during a live set while using Traktor 2. I’ve now bought a new Mac M5 because the other one couldn’t be fixed—or so I’ve been told. How can I get the version from my old Mac and install it on…

At my wits end with this, used their useless AI chatbot to open a ticket, no response. Guitar Rig 7 shows only 60 presets. Have rescanned library, made sure nothing is selected, deleted database, everything. Rack preset folder shows over 1000 presets, but only 60 show up in my plugin. Reinstalled multiple times. Any advice?

BUt I don't see that lsited at all in "My Products" Sorry for the confusion on the "BUNDLE".…

I'm finally getting to really enjoy using my Maschine+ after so long, which is a long story, but I'm running into a bit of an issue. I tend to hangout on Discord a lot at night and have gotten into a habit of making music while hanging out with people online. It's no issue to have audio from Maschine 2 routed to my…

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with Native Access on a new MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon M5 PRO running macOS Tahoe. “Installation Failed: You may need to grant full disk access to Native Access and the Daemon.” I have already tried the following: Granted Full Disk Access to Native Access Looked for NTKDaemon and added…

I know… risky business here. The thing is my midi controller was working fine up to maybe 2 days ago so I underwent already 4 beta updates and suddenly after installing a security update I notice now the keyboard is not being detected as a midi device by my macbook pro. Man this sucks. Any feasable workaround. I can't…

How do you stream when the Z2 is plugged in? I am trying to use Traktor Kontrol Z2 and my time coded vinyl with Traktor Pro, but to have the audio go through my computer for streaming. But the problem is that since the Z2 has it's own output. I don't know how to route the audio back to my computer so I can stream, or so I…

Hi all, My name is Ben and I've spent about the last year building a DJ library manager called Vibes. I'm a DJ from Cologne, UX designer and developer by trade, and I use it for my own sets. You tag your tracks by vibe, energy and mood, build sets visually on a canvas, and export that structure back into Traktor. It does…

I recently purchased RX 11 Standard and downloaded it. When I try to launch RX 11 Audio Editor on a Windows 11 system, the program closes immediately as soon as it opens. I’ve tried reinstalling it several times and even formatting my computer, but I still haven’t been able to fix the issue. What could be causing this…
