I'm experiencing a consistent and 100% reproducible audio cutout on Deck A when switching from Stems mode to Track mode in Traktor Pro 4.
Exact trigger:
1. Load a Stem track on Deck A
2. Switch Deck A to Track mode (even without loading a new file)
3. Audio cuts out briefly, then recovers
Key findings:
- Affects ONLY Deck A. Decks B, C and D work perfectly with the same transition
- Reproducible with mouse only (no controller involved), ruling out mapping issues
- Only occurs when DDJ-SX2 is used as audio output. Does NOT occur with Mac internal audio
- Tested on two different Apple Silicon Macs (M4 2025 and M2 2023)
- Tested on Traktor 4.4.2 and 4.5.1 — same result
- Firmware updated to v1.06
This may be related to TR-572, though in my case Traktor does NOT crash — it's a brief audio cutout that recovers automatically.
Has anyone experienced the same specific trigger (Stems → Track on Deck A)?
