Hey i buyed a second hand and the last owner he said he never used the serial number on NI because he only use dj virtual but i tried to use the number in NI and it says is already being used can anyone help how can i get the license number.
You need to contact N.I. Support and ask them to transfer the device to your account (also include picture of serial on bottom of device as well as purchase receipt.) . Then if whoever the device is presently registered to do not object if/when contacted by NI then NI Support will transfer it to you and you should also receive any base software for the device if any…
