Izotope was purchased by Boris FX some months ago - I think you need to contact iZotope direct now via their website.

Thank you for your answers... Yes, I will do that, of course. But in the meantime, I would like to provide more information on my problem: in fact, "Tonal Balance Control" does work, but when I want to use a Neutron or Izotope EQ, that's what doesn't work... While it works perfectly in other DAWs
