Why is my download failing?

the download just keeps failing instantly and i can not figure why ive turned of vpn firewall and more and it still hasnt done it ive tried a few different things and when i try to use the download manager while im signed on my izotope its trying to still make me pay for the plug ins seperately instead of installing them like im already a subscriber.

If your subscription was made through NI and the download was handled by Native Access, nothing changes so you shouldn't use Izo portal for this.

@Jeremy_NI , i made my subscription through izotope website it directed me to NI i think agter i paid for izotope pro idk if maybe that is the problem or maybe my file management set up? Or idk ive tried alot of things still no luck
