I'm a student and I've completed the steps and submitted the documents to apply for the student discount for Izotope RX Standard, and I haven't heard back from the support team in over a week. Anyone know what's going on with this? Is NI support just MIA at the moment?

Despite several uninstall procedures for both applications and related files in system libraries, and despite contacting Native Access support, they continue to respond with generic AI-generated messages: Native Access won't allow me to perform a clean reinstall of Kontakt Komplete 26 Collection Editor. It keeps looking…

I just happen to be browsing on zZounds a couple of weeks ago & I saw the Waldorf Iridium Mk2 desktop for $3600. That blew my mind. So I started looking into it, which means I watched a lot of YouTube videos. Rarely did I come across anything that sounded remotely apealing to me. Most owners/reviewers are into some kind of…

Hello from Salzburg! How can I reach following goal: With the sustain pedal of my Yamaha P-525 I want to change the rotary speed. At the moment I must always press or leave the pedal. I want a switch that controls the rotary fast slow. Best regards! Fritz

Noticed when loading an instance in Komplete Kontrol, that Kontakt Player 8 wasn't working and However, I have downloaded, updated, and rescanned to no avail… It just keeps coming up like this. So I'm unable to load certain instruments in Komplete Kontrol. Anyone else had this…. and maybe know of a solution? Cheers

When is Kontrol S-Series MK3 Extended DAW Control and Accessibility coming for other DAW's? It's been 9 months and no word. I'm a Fender Studio Pro user and have been waiting for at least you all to say it's not happening!!!

Hello, I’ve been subscribing to Komplete Standard since 2014, 2015, and now 2026. I’d like to upgrade to Ultimate, but I don’t think there’s a discount available for upgrading from Standard to Ultimate anymore, as there used to be at one point. Actually, what’s important to me about the Ultimate package is that it focuses…

In Native Access, when I enter the serial number for Damage 1, it says I have already registered the serial number (which I have). However, the product does not show up in my library, so I cannot activate it or use it at all. All attempts to contact both Native Instruments and Heavyocity support have been futile. Even more…

I have probably more than 1000 Euros worth of Native Instruments products. You may ignore this saying Linux with wine isn't supported, but given the pages of complaints I'm seeing even from Windows users about the apparently shocking state of Native Access, and given Linux is now reaching 10% market share and with Kontakt…

Dear Native Instruments Support Team, I am writing regarding my support ticket #4873513 associated with the email address REMOVED Previously, I was in contact with Matthias regarding an issue with my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3. Unfortunately, I have not received any further replies or updates, despite sending several follow-up…

With the MX4 officially confirmed by NI (In this comment among other places) I thought it might be fun to speculate on what we think will be included in the feature set, and what we hope we'll see (acknowledging that it's almost surely too late to influence the product at this stage). Here's what I think it'll be: I…

Hi, I'm using an S88 MK2 and wanted to connect or trigger my iPad using a MIDI-to-USB adapter (Prodipe). I can’t get the iPad to receive MIDI data. So: I connected the Prodipe to another digital piano, and it works perfectly there (even without a power supply). The Prodipe indicates incoming MIDI data via an LED in that…
