Hi everyone,

I contacted Native Instruments Support about 10 days ago regarding a repair for my Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3, but I haven’t received a reply yet.

I was wondering if anyone here has recently had an S4 MK3 repaired by Native Instruments.

My controller has a few worn knobs and one of the browser/preview buttons is no longer working reliably. Is NI still offering repairs for the S4 MK3? If so, how long did the process take, and what were the approximate costs?

I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences.

Did you answer the AI ticket confirmation as you are supposed to ? (see bottom of their email).

Please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
