Today I have asked for a refund of 150 dollars that was mistakenly withdrawn from my Paypal. It is correct that I have started a trial period, and cancelled the subscription again. Yet I have been charged 150 dollars. When I write to support, I get a response from a robot! Dear Native, this is not right! I expect to get my…

On W11 clean install, when trying to update Native Access to the last today version, the sub-setup of NTKDeamon is blocked by w11 Smart App (?) which can't identify the editor of this product. So no way to update my Native Acces and blocked without any possibility to apply updates because it no more starts. :(

Guitar Rig 7 has some issues as plugin.

I have serious latency when I try to play along to tracks with drum kits in Maschine software using the controller. This latency is irregardless of audio interface settings; when I use a different drum VST and MIDI mode, I get very little latency. So, how can I load the kit in Maschine and achieve actual low latency on…

How cool would it be if we could switch the colours of Traktor from grey to white color? this is something I have been thinking and waiting to happen for years as sometimes I play in the dark having a different color in the software would help me a lot. I think this is something that a lot of Traktor users have thought but…

Kontrol S MK3 OS 1.7 was released on August 1st, 2024. This update introduces the ability to create, edit, save, browse, load, export, share, and import MIDI Templates on your device and/or desktop computer. Hi there! I'm Vollofi. I love playing the guitar, and I'll be sharing my Guitar Rig racks here 🤘

I have experienced some recent changes with Windows 11 updates that affect MIDI integration from Komplete Kontrol MK2 into Pro Tools 12.4. For example, the loss of KompleteKontrolDAW in ProTools 12.4 After reinstallation of Komplete Kontrol and various resetting of User Folders as described in many posts, this did nothing.…
