Product missing after entering License

After entering a bunch iof my licenses purchased, it said the license was accepted/product was added. I go to my Library and I dont see any of them appear. Ive tried everything to make them appear, I reinstalled, logged out and back in, waited 3 days, nothing changed…. They appeared once today before i could install them they immediately vanished. No idea whats going on.

Is this a bundle ? if then which ? and type ?

MacOS ? what version ? , Native Access ? what version exactly ?

Have you given ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon full disk access ? : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

I purchased Piano in blue, and also i had bought some other 3rd party banks, i own multiple banks and bundles from Slate + Ash that don't appear.

Like none of my 3rd party banks i own appear at all.

MacOS Tahoe Version 26.5.1, Downloaded new Native Access 2 today

Also the page for How to enable full disk storage does not work :( says page cant be found

Sorry my bad , all previous links were made invalid when support system updated and I have to manually update all old links. I fixed the link in the above. My apology.

Just to be sure that I do not misunderstand anything , when you write "Library" and "that don't appear" then you mean library in Native Access and not in Kontakt ?

I think that we have seen a few N.A. quirks recently but if this is another of those I don't know.

You can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

You can also try to manually remove everything Native Access and NTK Daemon from computer (so you are sure that app have nothing saved on drive) , then reboot and re-install latest N.A. for your OS to see if that helps… How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer

But if the products are supposed to show in Native Access and the above doesn't help and you are sure that you are logged into the correct account in Native Access then I would advice you to contact N.I. Support

Also please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Basically none of my 3rd party registered products show up, nor can be downloaded in Native Access. I have also deleted the XML file already and restarted it. Nothing has changed. Ill likely have to contact support, but they aren't available on weekends

Contacting Support would appear as the best and only step if other suggested attempts to troubleshoot do not help.

And yes ! , alas Support do not work weekends. (And please answer their AI ticket confirmation to let them know that you still needs help)
