There are only 4 lines (only Line Out 1 and Line Out 2 do anything) and none of them work for the headphone jack in my DDJ-FLX4. I have tried switching around the lines, devices, and sound cards, and nothing has fixed it.

Hello, I have a KKMK2 with the S Series license. I purchased an S Series Upgrade 26, which was manually activated by NI, but the products are still in demo mode. Even after deleting the XML files, nothing has changed. Could someone please help me?? Thanks a lot

Why hide the Repair ALL Products function under Support button, when individual repair button is right on the surface? I bet hundreds of people waste hundreds of hours and feel angry about having to repair each product separately when they move their library to an external drive, which is so extremely common these days.

Hi, while this has been asked before I am finding no answers within a year and have been unreliably told NI options have changed and I need to make sure I get the correct current option. I have Komplete 26 Standard with its many Maschine expansions. If inexpensive, I'm interested in buying Maschine 3 software if NOT…

Hello, I own a full Kontakt 6 license purchased in September 2022 and registered to the associated account. The following products are correctly displayed in my Native Instruments account: KONTAKT Kontakt 7 Bundle Update Kontakt Factory Library for KONTAKT However, on my new Mac running macOS Tahoe, both Kontakt 7 and…

I'm using Kontakt 8. Since I put Windows 11 on my computer, I've found that Kontakt apps have a lot of stuff that's not there.I'm looking at an app called Electric Mint, and in a lot of the tutorials, it has a section where you can choose 4/4 or 3/4. In mine, there's no 3/4, and it's like that all the way through. Why is…

Hi everyone. As the title of my message says, i recently updated to Komplete 15 Collector's Edition. I downloaded everything (which leaves me with approximately 190gb available on my ssd). When i launch Ableton, Kontakt 8 doesn't appear in the VST section, i only have Kontakt 7 available. Any idea please ? Thanks. Best…

Hi there, I have a question, please: Regarding the Traktor Kontrol S2—specifically the faders in the middle (VOL. - MIX - SAMPLE - MASTER): How can I control them within the Traktor Pro 4 app? Thanks for your understanding!

When will Apple Music be integrated into Traktor Pro 4?

I bought the Maschine + a year ago and had a few head-achy weeks grappling with how it works - I am a Logic Pro user of over 20 years and I was told by a sales rep the Maschine system would be easy for me - it wasn't - my conclusion was it was overly complicated and illogical - so I put it to one side. Recently I installed…

Hi All, I use the existing Rx Spectal editor as an ARA plugin with Pro Tools 2026.4 quite freqeuntly when cleaning dialogue. I also frequently eq match when trying to match ADR lines to location recordings. I thought it would be a great feature (and time saver!) if Eq match could be made an ARA plugin similar to the RX…

NKS allows hardware control of devices inside a DAW or Mainstage. Great. But it hardly works. When I instantiate any NKS compatible plugin inside a DAW like Cubase or Bitwig, I cannot use Maschine for instance to do any NKS kiond of thing. The most important thing, unrelated to NKS, is that me as many many others want to…

Before my file management (download location, Application Location and Content location) in native access was set to an ekstern hdd that was really slow. Ive done some project in pro tools (before formatted and switching to an ssd harddrive) that i…

Hi ! Since the discussion was closed without discussion, I open another ticket to ask devs what do they think about that. Will Traktor one day be able to work with symbolic links ? Is it already possible and if so, I'm sorry i did not see anything about that on the internet or on release notes. A big advantage of Traktor…
