I am trying to register an external Kontakt instrument in Native Access, but I am getting an error.

I recently purchased Shreddage Drums Kontakt instrument, installed it with Pulse Downloader, and tried to register it with Native Access as Add Library, but I keep getting an "unable to retrieve owned products" error. How can I fix this?

Maybe you have directed N.A. to the wrong folder ?

At a glance then you appear to have followed the instructions from the Impact Soundworks installation guide and the Shreddage Drums manual in as much as it looks as that you have registered the serial in N.A.. However that does not guarantee that you are pointing to correct folder or that the Pulse down-loader did it's job OK.

In this case then if you changing what directory that you point N.A. at doesn't fix the problem then only ImpactSoundworks Support knows what the correct installation is and looks like so I think that you should try asking them first.
