I have the invoice to prove I am paying for Izotope pro but it doesn't show in NI Access or Product Portal as an active subscription! So I have no way to authenticate the software, meaning I can't get into it!

Hi I followed all of the instructions on this page for how to correctly configure pedals on this keyboard. I have both a sustain and expression pedal, so sometimes I switch between them depending on how I play. However the most recent time I've been trying to change the setting from sustain to expression it doesn't seem to…

I have Comcast Business as my Internet service provider. It's a long way from Google Fiber in terms of speed and reliability. But still, I usually get somewhere in the range of 100 to 150 Mbps download AND upload speeds (which can frequently reach nearly 200 Mbps). And yet, it takes eight (!) hours to download a single 8GB…

I use Guitar Rig 7 in Garageband, and the sound output works fine, but for some reason I can barely adjust controls in the plugin app. Knobs will only turn 1/100 or 1/10 at a time, and many times won't go past 1/10th of a turn (just sticks after that). So I used the standalone for a while because it allowed me full control…

Hello, Please move the special effects, expressions, and keyswitches (the orange/pink keys) in the Session Bassist series and other Kontakt 8 libraries from Octave 1 down to Octave 0. Currently, having these keyswitches mapped on Octave 1 blocks the lowest, most crucial register of the bass instrument. When we transpose…

I just purchased a Reaktor 6 Update. It does not show up in Native Access for me to install. I also purchased the Kontakt 8 Update at the same time and it did show up in Native Access and I was able to install it. I currently do not have Reaktor 5 installed. I don't think it could run on my M1 MBP. Could this be the issue?…

Hi! Can you guys give me any recommendations about how to handle this scenario? I bought the komplete kontrol S61 mk2 keyboard from a private party locally where they showed that it powered on, but when I got home it would not power on. It wasn't transported roughly or anything like that. I'm using the 15 Volt adapter and…

Hello there I just acquired the 61 MK3 and followed the installation process as described in the tutorial. Apparently with success. However, I cannot get access to the browser section (the button is not highlighted) and cannot see the various KONTAKT instruments on the screen. See image below. Is it because I am using…

Hi there! I use the Audacity DAW for my audiobook narration, and am told that iZotope Ozone 12 is excellent for mastering within Audacity. I'm assuming that I need to install this is a plugin? Before I download it, I want to make sure it is compatible. Can I download iZotope Ozone 12 as a plugin for Audacity? What is the…

I would like to use Scene Rebalance to remove the music that is heard playing inside a basketball arena. We do not have the rights to the music, but I still want to hear the sqeaking shoes and grunts from the players. The current version of Scene Rebalance is tuned for music in the foreground and catagorizes the arena…

Hi, I’ve been waiting a long time for the Traktor Kontrol S4 to be restocked, but I can't find it anywhere. I really like it, but I might end up having no choice but to buy a different brand. Is there any known date for a restock, or for a new edition of the Kontrol S4?

Hi, I'm looking for a better (more intuitive) way to adjust the volumes and add effects to stems on my S3 controller. I am thinking of using a second hand F1. Hopefully I can use this to control stems on 2 decks. But second hand gear is a little concerning, not knowing the history of a unit is a worry. Some folks say they…

Hi. I recently purchased RX12 as my first Native Instruments software. I have downloaded the package, activated it on my computer and with iLok but whenever I try to use it in devinci it still tells me to activate it. I can't find my serial number to do it manually, and the project portal will not work. But it works on…

My keyboard has been with Native Instruments for a warranty repair for 7 weeks. Over the last 4 weeks I have contacted NI a number of times to ask when the repair will be completed. Apart from an automated response I have had no contact from NI which is very disappointing. Has anyone else experienced long delay times with…

I just got my MX2 delivered. I purchased it together with Tractor Pro 4. I can't find Tractor Pro 4 either on my online profile or on Native Access. I tried replacing the xml file, logging in/out, refreshing, etc., but nothing makes the product appear. Been in contact with customer support, but it's not a very helpful AI…
