Updated to 4.2. Looping has been fixed...
Questions about key? If the on air track has had the key adjusted, why does the loop record in the standard key of the song?

Capturing a loop does not 'record' a sample, but extract a piece of the audio file as a snippet. To record a loop the way it is being played (including any key/tempo/volume changes), you have to use the loop recorder (global section, left side; flip the FX1/3 display to make it visible), then capture the recording into a remix cell with drag and drop from the loop recorder, or change the capture source of the remix deck and capture the sample from the loop recorder with a mapping command.

Actually Im on 4.2 and the issue is mostly fixed. When you first load a new loop into the remix decks it does screw around with the length of the other loops in that same slot and the same issue that existed in 4.1 returns however if you SAVE that remix deck after loading the new loop into it, and then unload, then reload the remix set, then everything works perfectly....
