Crackling and static through external speakers on Hp Envy Desktop?

Recently got a new desktop and hooked my controller up to it due it having a more powerful CPU. I seem to be getting a strange crackling noise and static coming through my external speakers, which isn't an issue I have while running traktor on my laptop.

I've already reinstalled my audio drivers, updated my USB drivers, power settings, tried a USB-C hub, etc. Ran latencymon as well and i'm still getting errors but not sure how to fix it, as I've tried most of the fixes it suggests. I heard other people have had this issue with Envy products but wanted to see if anyone here was able to find a solution, as the HP support forums weren't helpful at all.
