Issues with website checkout

Hello, I'm having multiply issues with checkout and was wondering if anybody else has the same problems and possibly a solution.

First, a few weeks ago I tried to upgrade Komplete. I'm paying with a company credit card, and our billing address is a PO Box. The checkout system would not let me enter a PO Box as a billing address. I opened a support tab and was basically told that I have to use another payment method as they can't accept a PO Box. Now, I have made multiple purchases with my company card using this address as billing address in the past, but support made it sound like it has always been this way. How do you think I got Komplete in the first place?

Even if it has always been this way (which I am certain it hasn't), this is a very poor policy. I'm purchasing a download, it doesn't need to be shipped anywhere, so why can't my billing address be a PO Box? Surely I'm not the only person using a company card with a PO Box billing address. I literally have no other way to pay, so I guess I won't buy anything.

Second, today I tried to redeem the free Leap expansion, using the LEAP promo code. I entered the code under voucher, and my total updated to $0. However, when checking out I was required to choose a payment method. No matter what method I choose, I get an error saying that the payment method is not available.

So now, I can't buy anything and I can't redeem a free item. I don't trust that I'll get the help I need via a support ticket. Does anybody have any solutions?

    Update: I was able to check out with the Leap expansion when I tried again. I'm still concerned about the PO Box issue, though.
