Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Traktor Kontrol S3, and I’m wondering if anyone has had the same problem.
The tempo fader on the right deck no longer works at all. Moving it up or down has absolutely no effect on the BPM in Traktor.
Here are a few details:
- The left tempo fader works perfectly.
- All the other controls on the right deck work normally.
- The controller is correctly detected by Traktor.
- I’ve already checked that the problem is not related to the software or mapping.
- The tempo fader is not physically broken. It looks completely normal.
Since the problem is limited to the right tempo fader, I’m trying to determine whether this is:
- a faulty tempo fader (potentiometer),
- a broken solder joint,
- or a more serious issue on the main board.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
If so:
- What was the cause?
- Were you able to repair it?
- Where did you find the replacement part, or which repair service did you use?
