How to remove all "DEMO" presets in GuitarRig5 ?
I'm not going to upgrade and therefore don't want to see all of the "DEMO" presets. Annoying to say the least.

Guitar Rig Pro 5 won't reinstall
I recently tried to reinstall Guitar Rig Pro 5 on my new Mac Mini, and had no luck at all. A message said the serial number was wrong, but it's the same number I've always had. Instead it installs the demo version, and when I try to activate, it loops right back to where I started. Very irritating. Any ideas?

Guitar Rig 7 Pro update refuses to register (repost with proper tags)
So I bought the Guitar Rig 7 Pro update, which I qualify for since I have Guitar Rig 5 Pro already. And yet it refuses to register the serial code for some reason. Helo, I have Komplete 14 Ultimate. Guitar Rig 5 runs in demo mode for some reason, it's asking for activation and for serial number which I don't think I have. I reinstalled it just in case, but same thing. It doesn't see the Native Access app to activate either. What do I do? Thanks!
