Guitar Rig 7 Pro update refuses to register (repost with proper tags)

So I bought the Guitar Rig 7 Pro update, which I qualify for since I have Guitar Rig 5 Pro already.

And yet it refuses to register the serial code for some reason.

Does anyone know what's going on with this? I can't seem to find any way to directly contact support about this, so this forum seems to be all I have for it.

    @AliceGrimaude It seems you reached out to our support but they couldn't find a licence for Guitar Rig 5 Pro, maybe you have it registered on a different account?
