How will I recover my Guitar Rig 5 guitars

Hello everybody

I'm working an old song made with guitar Rig 5.

I can't find my old patches. I can only use Guitar RIG 5 on Demo mode !!!

I tried to reinstall, I tried to activate but "Service center cannot be found"

How can I recover my guitars ?

With Logic 11.1.2 Macbook Sequoia

Should be able to see (and activate) GR5 within the current Native Access (v3.17.0)

Otherwise then I am not an expert on Mac and Mac compatibility and the N.I. page is more meant as a guide (meaning I don't know how well GR5 runs on Sequoia) : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

Otherwise then generally you are supposed to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS and ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then you might have to turn on show legacy apps in N.A. settings.
