Guitar Rig Pro 5 won't reinstall

I recently tried to reinstall Guitar Rig Pro 5 on my new Mac Mini, and had no luck at all. A message said the serial number was wrong, but it's the same number I've always had. Instead it installs the demo version, and when I try to activate, it loops right back to where I started. Very irritating. Any ideas?

    Hey Pierre, same issue here, juste changed my computer and when I wanted to reinstall Guitar Rig 5 pro, same problem. It says that it's the wrong serial number despite I re enter the guitar Rig serial that I picked up from my NI account. still demo installed and cannot used the full version :(

    Maybe it's not support by NI ?

    if we can have a solution it will be so cool
