“Service Center can not be found" Can you help me install Guitar Rig 5?

My last computer crashed and I have recently been transferring plugins over to my new M1 MacBook. Guitar Rig 5 is the only one giving me issues. Every time I try to run it as a plug-in or as a stand-alone application, I get the error “Service Center can not be found. Please run the product installer again to install Service Center.” (I wasn't even asked to enter a serial number, all I did was click "Activate".
I’m assuming it has something to do with the Service Center no longer being a thing? But I've reinstalled Native Access, I’ve reinstalled Guitar Rig 5, and
I’ve doubled checked my registrations and permissions, any thoughts here? I use this plugin pretty often and would love some help.
Thanks,

In case you're using the latest version of Native Access 2 (i.e. 3.4.0), please see this page:
Downgrading to 3.2.3 should solve this issue.
If it doesn't, reach out to support by filing a ticket: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install
