How to get Guitar Rig 5?

Hi all, how can I get Guitar Rig 5? There's a particular preset I'm looking for - 3D mangler (IYKYK).

Cannot find a way to buy it on NI. Would be willing to buy it from someone secondhand. I'm sure there are plenty of folks out there who have moved on to 6 on 7 by now.
