Guitar Rig Comes up as the Demo Version on my Mac

I'm using Kontakt with Digital Performer. Guitar Rig 5 Pro comes up as a demo.

Any advice?

can you tell us a bit more details, what mac version, do you use native access 2, I guess you do. Then have you seen this and followed the instructions:

I'm using Native Access 3.17.0 (is that NA2?)

When I tried to install the latest Native Access app for M1 Apple Silicon I got the message that I had a newer version. How does that make sense?

Yeah I mean na 2 version 3.x.x, so you would need guitar rig 7 on the m1 chip mac, or you use the method that is described in he above linked help page.
