Installation of Native Access and Guitar Rig Pro 5

Hello, I have the following problem:
I specifically bought an external SSD for the libraries, where I was able to install everything accordingly. However, Native Access is stored on the internal drive (I can't install it elsewhere). Now, whenever I try to open Guitar Rig 5 Pro, it tells me that it can't find the Service Center, and I am unable to use Guitar Rig 5 Pro.
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks a lot for your help!!!
Best regards,
Michel

Service Center and Guitar Rig 5 have been retired for years now. But GR5 can be authorized via Native Access 3.17 or higher.
You may need to expose legacy products under Preferences in Native Access but I do see GR5 available to me on my install.
