Hello Friends

I have guitar rig 5 / 6 /7 installed and it was offered when I did my purchase. I was previously using GR5 and was quite comfortable with it. I have all my user patches done on GR5 and now I am unable to load those patches in GR7. GR5 however shows up as a demo, though my patches loaded but in demo mode. Why do they supply / ask me download GR5 when I can't use it !!!
Will appreciate help with importing my patches into GR7. Just can't import GR5 patches!!!. GR 6, however loads the patches but crashes both in stand alone mode and as a plugin in Logic pro. I am using BIGSUR on my Mac Book Pro as its quite a old machine just as I am 😂.
Alternatively, I don't mind buying the key for GR5 and if you can point me in the right direction I will much appreciate help

If you are using GR7 Player - you can’t import anything.

Need to own GR7 Pro (Full version)

Your explanation of your ownership of GR5,6 and 7 is a bit foggy from your post.

And Big Sur is no longer supported. You will need to get up to Mac OS 12 as a minimum to avoid future issues.

Thank you for your quick response.

GR5 / GR6 / GR7 where all there for me to download from NI native access, with the respective keys, except for GR5.

GR7 loads up on BIGSUR !! but yet to try a full fledged recording.

Now, BIGSUR not supported !!! WOW .. now they want to buy a new system ..
