S49 Mk3 key velocity issue (one key hitting 127)

In the standalone version of massive the virtual input for using the qwerty keyboard as midi input doesn't work, it only works if you press the massive logo opening the window showing the designers names, version etc. then as soon as you click off that to change settings it stope working. any ideas ?

Unable to Map Foot Pedal to Next/Previous (Preset) Buttons In GR7
If I load GR7 standalone and use 'learn midi' it maps the next/previous function without issue. If I load GR7 into Ableton 12 I click the learn midi function in GR7 with no impact when mapping. If I use the Midi Program function in Ableton, it will not recognize the next/previous as mappable. Thoughts?
