I have submitted a License Transfer request on Saturday to transfer my Traktor X1 MK3 and Traktor Z1 MK2 licenses to the new owner.
Unfortunately, I only found out later that the Registration Team does not process transfers during weekends, and there was no clear information about this on the initial transfer pages. This delay is causing some frustration for the new owner, as they would like to activate and use the products as soon as possible.
Could you please help me to expedite the transfer process? I would be very grateful if you could prioritise this request, as the new owner is waiting and I would like to complete the handover quickly.
