Plugin Authorization Issue although its paid Music Production Suite Pro / Izotope

in Native Access

Im trying to use my Plugins within the Music Production Suite Pro but they always show the Izotope Product Portal to Authorize even if its already shifted to native instruments native access though i have both the portal from izotope and native access

hope someone had the same issue to know how to fix it appreciate it thx in advance

    What do you mean shifted to N.A. ?

    Most likely then if you bought something at iZotope then you still need iZotope Product Portal to install and activate. Only what you bought at N.I. site and installed using N.A. should activate in N.A. .

    Yes , N.I. have been merging iZotope log-in with N.I. log.in , but as far as I know then the accounts are still not merged and N.I have not moved iZotope purchases to N.A.

    Else please explain in greater detail where you bought what product ? that you are trying to use where ?
