Hi All. I have NI Komplete 15 Collectors Edition (and 13 and 14). I am running Logic 12.3. I regularly update Native Access. Last week (or so) Action Woodwinds and Choir Omnia no longer appeared in my Kontakt window (in my DAW) and in Native Access the "Install" (instead of "Installed") button appeared, as if it wasn't…

I paid for SPOTLIGHT COLLECTION: CUBA on 23 July 2026 via PayPal. The payment was captured — the funds have left PayPal and are no longer pending. A week later my order still shows "Under review," and I have received neither the download nor a refund. I opened support ticket #822561 on 25 July. I was told in writing that…

I bought Scene: Nightshade, installed, uninstalled, reinstalled more than once. Never been able to open it via Kontakt 8 in a session. Thrill, Ashlight etc, open just fine. When I try i get the "CONTENT MISSING" error and am invited to browse for files and folders. Nothing happens, though I can find and open my Native…

Hi, I'm mainly a guitar player, but am feeling inspired to have another clack and learning the piano, so thoughT a Komplete Kontrol S88 would be great, because of the apparently excellent hammer action keys. I'm using Logic Pro on my M1 MAC and Mac book pro to record an album/EP (rock music, but wouldn't mind darling with…

I've been coming across an issue with the Raum effect plugin where adding it to a track in the REAPER DAW causes it to crash. I've tried increasing the block size from 512 to 1024, and also running the plug-in as a dedicated process, but both of those options also lead to a crash. It's worth noting that I can only use the…

Hi, I have recently updated to the latest version of Kontakt 8 (8.12.0) I launched Vienna Ensemble Pro and found it was loading demo mode, so I closed the application and launched it standalone. Unfortunately, the behaviour persisted and it is still greeting me with the window to Demo Buy or Activate I am an owner of the…

In your experience, how long does it usually take for Native Instruments support to respond to a support ticket?

Hello, I use Maschine 3 Software as VST inside my FL Studio DAW. Working with M3 Software, Ctrl+Z doens't work because that keyboard shortcut is always linked to FL Studio. This forces me to Undo/Redo from the menu, which is slow and tedious. Is it possible to add two Undo/Redo buttons to the interface? Most of VSTs have…

I dont know how to connect one oscillator to another and whether there are ways to do linear FM, exponential FM and cross modulation. In addition is there a way to assign a certain frequency to an oscillator without it being affected by my keyboard? And, Is it possible to assign an oscillator a ratio that will follow the…

I’ve been given a credit memo from NI. I now need to redeem it quite urgently & have raised a ticket but from experience, NI take weeks to reply. Can we contact them another way?

Just wondering what happened to this. Is it sill coming this year or next year? Further, there were talks about bringing several Reaktor synths to standalone plugin formats, and a modernization of these. AND, there was supposed to be an update for Massive X which finally brings parameter automation exposure. Taken on too…
